Arriving after hours?

The lobby concierge is on-site 24/7 to receive you. If you land late, get stuck at the door, or need anything before 4:00 PM or after 10:00 PM, message us on WhatsApp — we usually reply within minutes and can open the smart lock remotely.

Door by door

From the lobby to your front door.

Once the concierge finishes your registration, here's exactly what to do at each door on the way up. It takes about 4 minutes, and everything you'll need is waiting inside.

  1. 01
    Lobby → building access

From the front desk, walk past the concierge counter toward the interior glass doors. Tap your new fob on the black reader to the right — the door unlocks with a short beep. Hold it open for anyone behind you.

  2. 02
    Elevator lobby

Turn left into the elevator lobby. Tap the fob on the reader by the call buttons to enable elevator service, then press your floor. Without the fob the elevator will not move to residential floors.

  3. 03
    Hallway to the unit

Exit the elevator and follow the hallway signage to your apartment number. Casa Nayah is on the right — you'll see the brass unit plate and a keypad smart-lock on the door.

  4. 04
    Apartment door — smart lock

On the keypad, enter your 6-digit code and press the # key to confirm. You'll hear a click and a green light — turn the handle down and push. The lock relocks automatically after 30 seconds.

  5. 05
    Inside the apartment

On the entry console you'll find the welcome card with the Wi-Fi, rooftop infinity pool code, gym/pickleball code, mailbox key, and a spare fob. Kick off your shoes, pour a drink, and settle in.

Struggling at any door? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll open the smart lock remotely or send the concierge up.

Good to Know

Questions guests ask.

How do I book?+

Send an inquiry through the form below or message us directly on WhatsApp. We reply personally, usually within a few hours, with availability and a quote.

What are the rates?+

Nightly rates start at $2,000 MXN. Long-stay and off-season discounts are available on request. A three-night minimum applies.

How many guests can stay?+

The condo comfortably sleeps three adults, or two adults with up to two children age 12 and under.

Is it kid-friendly?+

Absolutely. There is a dedicated family pool at the community. Please note the rooftop infinity pool, sports bar, and pickleball court are adults-only.

Pets and smoking?+

No pets, please. The condo is smoke-free — smoking is only permitted on the private patio and in outdoor common areas.

How do we get to the beach?+

It's a one-block walk. The community also runs a complimentary golf-cart shuttle from the lobby to the sand.

Is there parking? Airport transfer?+

Yes — one assigned underground parking spot is included, activated at check-in at the lobby. PVR airport is about 25 minutes away and we can recommend a trusted private driver.

How do you handle check-in?+

Three quick steps in a fully secured building. 1) Register at the front desk in the lobby from 4:00 PM — they verify your reservation, hand you your building wristbands, and activate your one assigned underground parking spot. 2) Take the elevator up to the apartment and enter your private 6-digit door code on the smart lock keypad (press the # key to confirm; the lock auto-relocks after entry). 3) Inside on the entry console you'll find your building access key/fob (used to unlock the elevator to our floor, the rooftop, gym, pool gates and pickleball court), the Wi-Fi network and password, the rooftop infinity pool gate code, the gym/pickleball code, and the mailbox key. Keep the fob and door code private — do not share with anyone outside your party — and leave the fob on the console at checkout by 11:00 AM. Full written instructions arrive by email the day before you land and are also on the printed welcome card inside.

What access keys and codes will I get?+

Everything you need is inside the apartment on the entry console: (1) your personal 6-digit smart-lock door code (press # to confirm), (2) a building access key/fob that unlocks the elevator to our floor plus the rooftop, gym, family pool gates and pickleball court, (3) the Wi-Fi network name and password, (4) the rooftop infinity pool gate code, (5) the gym and pickleball court keypad code, and (6) the mailbox key. Codes are unique to your stay and expire at 11:00 AM on checkout day. If the door lock ever beeps red, wait 5 seconds and re-enter the code, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll unlock it remotely.

Can I work from the apartment or the coworking lounge?+

Both. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout and a bright dining table that doubles as a desk. When you want to fully focus or take back-to-back calls, head down to the community coworking lounge — a quiet, air-conditioned shared workspace open to residents throughout the day.

How fast is the Wi-Fi in the coworking lounge?+

The community runs high-speed fiber Wi-Fi in the coworking lounge, engineered for video calls, large uploads, and cloud tools. In the apartment you'll get the same fast Wi-Fi (network name and password are on the welcome card inside).

Can I take a video call or host a small meeting there?+

Yes. The coworking lounge is set up for laptop work, one-on-one calls, and small in-person meetings. It's a shared space, so please use headphones for calls and keep meetings to small groups so everyone can stay productive.

How noisy is the coworking lounge?+

It's a quiet, focused environment — much calmer than a café. Conversations happen at a low volume and phones are kept on silent. If you need total silence for a deep-focus session, early mornings and late afternoons are usually the quietest windows.

When is the best time to work there?+

Early mornings (before 10:00 AM) and late afternoons tend to be the quietest and coolest. Mid-morning is a good balance of energy and calm. The lounge is open to residents throughout the day, so you can drop in whenever it fits your schedule.

Do I need to reserve the coworking lounge?+

No reservation is required for individual work. If you're planning a small group meeting and want to make sure there's room, mention it at the lobby when you check in and the concierge can advise on the best time.
